The use of a horse solarium is recommended because it strengthens the immune system of horses, prevents and treats muscle stiffness, prevents colds, improves blood circulation in deeper tissues, and not least, dries the sweaty or washed body of the horse. In the horse dryers manufactured by iSauna Design Ltd., we use the most modern halogen infrared heaters with international TÜV certification, employing Philips Vitae technology. Philips Vitae infrared technology is uniquely capable of detoxifying and warming the tissues through its deep heat effect.
Philips Vitae is currently the most effective infrared emitter on the market, capable of penetrating the skin to a depth of 5-6 mm. This is due to these emitters providing the full wavelength range of infrared radiation, including the short-wave rays that ensure the deepest penetration.
The infrared rays gently and evenly heat the fur and skin, allowing the rays to penetrate the blood vessel-laden skin layer up to a depth of 5-6 mm where the thermal energy quickly disperses throughout the body via the capillary vessels.
As a result, drying is accelerated, the blood warmed by the infrared rays removes fatigue, soothes muscle soreness, and relaxes the muscles. They provide a pleasant feeling, increasing the performance of the horses.
The Philips Vitae infrared halogen lamp, horse solarium does not require preheating time; its beneficial effects can be enjoyed immediately upon switching on, thus it does not consume unnecessary energy, unlike other infrared emitters (10 – 30 minutes heating time). This is because the filament in the lamp is surrounded by halogen gas, thus immediately reaching operating temperature upon switching on, and cooling down just as quickly when turned off.

We have elevated the control of the horse solarium to a revolutionary level thanks to our latest proprietary application. The essence of the service is that I can start the horse solarium remotely, so there is no need to commute within our own Ranch, but I can simply start the function from home or remotely. Thanks to the intelligent control, the performance of the infrared panels can be sectioned, allowing me to adjust the infrared radiation between 0-100% in two sections, thereby making the healing/prevention even more effective.
